Service-Based Platform
Realty Express primarily offers real estate consultancy, property listings, marketing, and related professional services. Since our services are digital and consultancy-based in nature, traditional product returns may not apply.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but service not activated
- Technical error resulting in unsuccessful transaction
- Cancellation approved by Realty Express management
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service purchase
- Delay caused by third-party developers, banks, or government authorities
- Any losses due to market fluctuations or investment decisions
- Services already delivered or partially utilized
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of a service before the work or consultation process has started. Once the service process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved:

- The refunded amount will be credited through the original payment method
