Service-Based Platform

Realty Express primarily offers real estate consultancy, property listings, marketing, and related professional services. Since our services are digital and consultancy-based in nature, traditional product returns may not apply.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not activated
  • Technical error resulting in unsuccessful transaction
  • Cancellation approved by Realty Express management

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a service before the work or consultation process has started. Once the service process has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refunded amount will be credited through the original payment method
